- I keep having to update this everytime we have a new kid. There's five of us now: Amelia, Micah, Kathryn, Bekah and Me, Ryan. I've come home to be a pastor at Northpark Community Church after four years in Orange County and 1 1/2 in Davis. Yes, it is hot in Fresno. I play in the overdubs . I interned at Warner Music Group and used to write record reviews for some online publications. I like riding my bike. I am reluctantly committed to recycling because it's a pain and people always throw trash in my bins but I'm dedicated to doing it anyway. At one time I was managing editor for the Daily Titan newspaper at Cal State Fullerton. I am trying to write sporadically on this blog The Living Room about being part of a faith community, the fight against extreme poverty and indie rock bands that I like.
